Whenever I needed emergency appointment they considered. But I don't like the way of telephone appointment. It is good and I know doctors are busy all the time but they should tell some approximate time like (half an hour) not 3 hrs. Some times we even can't go to toilet bcoz we need to recieve the call and if we miss it they'r not gonna call us back.
